Doing golf fitness exercises is a great way to improve your game. It's also a great way to avoid getting injured. You're probably not sure what you should be doing. So, what I'm going to do is share with you some great golf fitness exercises.
That way, your game and fitness level will improve.
The exercises that will help you are:
1. Weight train. Some of the weight training exercises that you should do includes bench pressing, shoulder press, bicep curls, squats, leg extensions, leg curls, and tricep pushdowns. Also, you should work on your abs. It'll help give you a strong core. Make sure you workout at least three times a week.
2. Cardio Exercises. This is another golf fitness exercise. A few cardio exercises that you should do includes riding a bike, jogging on a treadmill, and swimming. Doing these things will help you increase your endurance and help you become a better golfer. You should do cardio exercises 3 to 4 times a week.
3. Exercise Ball and Medicine ball. Using these exercise balls and medicine balls will help you improve your golf swing. Also, these are two things that a lot of golf pros use before playing in a tournament. It's important that you use them, too.
Along with doing these fitness exercises for golf, make sure you stretch daily. It'll help prevent injuries and will help keep your back from hurting.
